Ankit Garg founded Silver Brain to work directly with the leadership of Swiss enterprises on a single question: how AI can change the economics of the work that matters most to their business, and how to redesign that work so the change is real, measurable and owned.
He is the author of two books on the subject. The AI-Native Enterprise is a CEO's blueprint for turning AI from strategic intent into operating advantage. The AI-Native Operating Model is a COO's blueprint for redesigning work, governance, roles and decision rights. Both start from the same argument: AI is a new kind of actor in the enterprise, and that changes how work, accountability and decisions must be designed.
Ankit brings two decades of experience in strategy and commercial leadership at large enterprises in Germany and Switzerland. He is also a serial entrepreneur in AI products and services, and combines a deep understanding of how businesses create value with first-hand knowledge of the technology. He studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and IIT Delhi.
